Clare Ludlam

Clare Ludlam is a senior professional support lawyer in the Private Client group and previously specialised in advising clients in relation to estate planning and taxation, wills and trusts, mental capacity matters, the administration of estates and charity law. Clare has experience of advising individuals, families and trustees in relation to a wide range of issues and both where the focus is principally in the UK and where there is a cross-border background. In particular, Clare has advised on personal wealth planning (including the succession of family businesses), matters requiring the involvement of the Court of Protection and post-death administration and planning (including art and heritage property).
