Alex is an associate in the Commercial Technology & Data group. He advises clients on a range of commercial technology and data protection matters, and has experience advising technology and e-commerce clients.

He has worked on a broad range of commercial contracts, regulatory consumer and e-commerce matters, promotion issues and GDPR compliance. Further to this, he has advised on franchising agreements, content licensing and distribution, cross-border data compliance issues and data audits. Alex has industry experience from time spent on secondment at a leading global e-commerce retailer.
