Robert Hawley

Rob is our Brand Protection Practice Manager and a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with over twenty five years' experience. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors and he is adept at providing commercial and strategic advice to clients ranging from PLCs through to start-ups and sole traders.

Rob advises on all aspects of national and international brand portfolio management, including filing strategy, clearance searching, prosecuting applications, contentious matters, dispute resolution, and assignments. He is also accustomed to assisting clients in relation to the registration of designs.
