Marcin is a senior associate and a member of the Commercial as well as the IP/IT team.
Marcin supports national and international clients regarding the operation of various forms of Internet platforms such as web-shops, online gaming platforms or web contests and has particular expertise in the protection of intellectual property rights including copyrights as well as trade marks and designs. Marcin also focuses on new technologies, data protection and combating unfair competition, as well as on consumer law with a particular focus on e-commerce projects. In addition, Marcin has an industry focus on Business & Professional Services, Consumer & Retail, Manufacturing & Industrials and Technology, Media & Communications.
