Marjolijn is a counsel in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group and has over 13 years’ experience covering all employment law matters. She specialises in advising clients in organizational changes and restructuring, flexible employment constructions, developing dismissal and employment strategies as well as dismissal and non-compete litigation.
Marjolijn counsels her clients through employment matters, with a focus on the clients’ business interests. She advises realistically, proactive and expertly, with a practical and clear approach. Marjolijn advises her clients on employment law conflicts, but also on preventing them. Marjolijn has experience in advising employers in the private as well as semi-public sector, ranging from industry to healthcare institutions. She gives optimal support to her clients and her goal is to make sure legal matters are solved quickly, so that her clients can continue running their businesses.
