Charlotte is a partner in our Intellectual Property team. She is an experienced litigator with a strong focus on patents and industrial design. In addition, she is an expert in both transboundary jurisdiction matters and compensation of damages in IP cases.

She represents and advises both national and international companies in IP matters in areas including mechanical engineering, pharma and retail. Charlotte has a strong ability to think analytically, which is highly beneficial in setting out litigation strategies.
