Charlotte is a partner in our IP team. She is an experienced litigator with a strong focus on patents and industrial design. Charlotte has broad experience in cross border litigation and with her strong ability to think analytically, she excels in setting out (international) litigation strategies.

 

Charlotte represents and advises both national and international companies in IP matters in areas including mechanical engineering, life sciences and retail. Charlotte is an expert in both transboundary jurisdiction matters and compensation of damages in IP cases.

Together with Wim Maas and Carreen Shannon, Charlotte is co-author of the book “The Enforcement Directive: enforcement of IP-rights in the Netherlands”.
