Maximilian’s core focus is advice in commercial and distribution law matters with specialization in cross-border matters for clients in the technology sector as well as automotive and train industry. His practice includes judicial and extrajudicial enforcement in the area of distribution and commercial law before state courts and arbitration tribunals. In the context of mergers and acquisitions, he evaluates the contractual structures of purchasing, sales and distribution of the target companies and develops customized solutions.
