Katja advises on individual and collective labour law. She specialises in advising companies in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Her thematic focus includes the employment law implementation of ESG and diversity strategies as well as advising on compliance in remuneration issues in regulated areas. In addition, Katja has extensive knowledge of insolvency employment law and is an experienced and skilled negotiator with employee representatives, in particular works councils.
Katja has a strong international background with professional stays abroad in London, Beijing and Hong Kong. In 2020, she was certified as a specialist lawyer for labour law by the Munich Bar Association.
Katja regularly publishes in renowned magazines such as Spiegel+, Personalwirtschaft and Human Resources Manager and holds seminars on labour law topics. She teaches insolvency labour law at the International Business School in Kufstein.
