Benedikt is an expert in commercial and distribution law. He specialises in the design and development of distribution systems (e-commerce, commercial agents, authorised dealers and franchise / licences) and is one of the “leading franchise lawyers in Germany” (Who’s Who Legal 2020).
He provides practical and pragmatic support to national and global companies along the entire distribution chain - from procurement and statutory product compliance to market launch and distribution and the recall of products – advising in German, English, Italian, French or Spanish. Benedikt is also an editorial board member of the Zeitschrift für Vertriebsrecht (Journal for Distribution Law), a lecturer for commercial law (including distribution law as well as distribution antitrust law) at the Munich Business School and is President of the T.R.A.D.E. Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers. In addition, numerous publications, lectures and webinars, for example on Internet or selective distribution and franchising, underline his proven expertise in distribution law.
