Leonard is a lawyer in the practice areas of restructuring and disputes & investigations. His areas of practice include advising companies on restructuring and general insolvency law issues.
Furthermore Leonard advises insolvency administrators and creditors on out-of-court as well as in-court enforcement or defence of insolvency-specific claims. An additional focus of his consulting activities is on the support of companies and shareholders in protective shield, self-administration and insolvency plan proceedings.
