Leonard Szabó accompanies reorganization and restructuring projects both outside and within the framework of ongoing insolvency proceedings. Against this background, Leonard advises on avoidance as well as preparation and implementation of insolvency or self-administration/protective shield proceedings. His clients include business managers, shareholders and investors as well as insolvency administrators/administrators. The aim of the consultation is a sustainable restructuring of the company in line with interests, if possible with continuation of business operations.
Another focus is on the extrajudicial enforcement and defense against insolvency-specific claims as well as advice on insolvency-specific criminal liability risks. Leonard is a certified restructuring manager (DGfKM).
