Johanna has been a member of our Technology, Media & Telecoms Practice Area for eight years. She mainly advises and represents Internet intermediaries such as search engine providers, access, hosting and content providers in media, copyright and data protection law with a focus on liability issues and regulatory requirements. She is litigator with experiences before national courts in all instances as well as the ECJ.


Since November 2021, Johanna has been co-chair of the DGRI’s expert committee “Social Media and Intermediaries on the Internet”. She regularly publishes and lectures on media, data protection and press law topics.
