Dagmar is an expert in national and international transaction law - including the setting up of joint ventures. Drawing on her long-standing experience, she primarily deals with client matters from the real estate, technology and logistics sectors.
Her clients include German and overseas listed corporations, funds, but also large family-owned companies.
