Michael also focuses on advising clients on corporate law, covering a broad range of areas, including management buy-outs, management participations, official takeovers, venture capital, joint ventures, reorganisations, and restructurings. Moreover, Michael is also a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
