Theebika is a legal project manager and a member of the Employment, Pensions & Mobility practice group. She specialises in third-party compliance projects. She works on the efficient planning and execution of compliance projects in the areas of labour and social security law. She manages the various project teams across locations and is available as a central point of contact for all project participants. Using classic and agile project management methods, Theebika Raveendran analyses mandate processes, implements solutions, develops efficiency potential and prepares status reports for the project team and clients.
