Julia is a member of the Competition, EU and Trade Practice Area. She advises on all questions of German and European cartel law as well as foreign trade, procurement and state aid law. She focuses her practice on procurement proceedings and reviews, cartel damage claims, merger control as well as regulation of abusive practices and contractual restrictions on competition.
Julia studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, Germany, and the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Viña del Mar, Chile. Prior to joining Taylor Wessing, she was associate at an international lawfirm in Düsseldorf, practising antitrust and energy law.
