Johanna is a senior associate in the Trademarks, Advertising & Designs practice area and advises clients on all aspects of brand protection and enforcement, design law and unfair competition law. In addition to handling a wide range of prosecution matters before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the EUIPO, as well as litigation before the German courts, she has extensive experience in managing global trademark and design portfolios.
She works with clients from a wide range of industries, including fashion, e-commerce and logistics. Her international experience, including LL.M. studies at the University of Connecticut School of Law in Hartford, USA, is a valuable asset in her work with clients from all over the world.
