Yannick Eckervogt is member of the Insurance Practice Area. He advises insurance and other companies on insurance law. Primarily he advises insurance and reinsurance companies on M&A and other transactions, including sale and purchase of shares and of business, formation of insurance companies and their branches in Germany, run-offs of portfolios.
Moreover, he is specialised in insurance supervisory law and advises primarily insurance companies on insurance supervisory law requirements in respect of the licensing process and capital investments. Another focus of his advice is the legal analysis of managers’ liability scenarios and the D&O insurance.
