Walter advises and represents large and medium-sized companies as well as the public sector drawing on his long-standing experience and outstanding expertise in environmental and planning law, especially on questions of waste, water, emission control and soil protection law. In addition, he regularly supervises the structure of public-private partnership models as well as de-privatisation projects.
