Torsten specialises in advising clients on matters relating to the law on planning for building projects within the scope of property development and property transactions and advises national and international project developers, including operators of shopping malls. He focuses on advising clients on the development of large-scale retail companies.
In this context, he has been coordinating urban land-use planning procedures, regional planning procedures for many years and has drafted all associated contracts. Torsten also advises clients on the development of inner-city areas, in particular, of former logistics and traffic areas, as well as on associated transactions.
