Michael is a specialist lawyer for intellectual property law and a specialist lawyer for copyright and media law. With over 30 years of experience, he is an experienced expert for all intellectual property rights. Michael’s main focus is on patent law.
Patent litigation representing German and foreign companies in various technical fields (telecommunications, electronics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, medical technology, pharmaceuticals and chemicals) - including standard essential patents - is his specialty as well as litigation relating to trademark, design and copyright infringements (including software infringements) and licensing and competition law. Michael’s litigation experience ranges from district courts and higher regional courts to federal patent courts, federal courts of justice and the European courts.
