Thomas is a member of the Employment, Pensions and Mobility team. He advises on all aspects of German employment law within contentious, non-contentious or transactional work, regularly involving a cross-border element. He has worked with different law-firms in France and the United States and is admitted to the bar in Germany and New York. Before joining Taylor Wessing Thomas was chief of staff of the Chairwoman of the Human Rights Committee in the German Federal Parliament.
