Roman advises clients as a lawyer and a civil law notary on all matters relating to corporate law (including on matters concerning M&A, private-equity and venture-capital transactions, as well as restructurings in accordance with the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz, UmwG) and real estate law (in particular, portfolio transactions regarding residential and commercial properties by way of asset deals and share deals, as well as property development projects).
His clients include international groups of companies, listed companies, medium-sized companies, family-owned companies, start-ups, and providers of risk capital. Before joining Taylor Wessing, Roman was a founding partner of the Berlin office of another large international law firm. He is a civil law notary with official residence in Berlin.
