Malte is a member of our Technology, Media & Communications team. He advises IT and media companies on data protection, copyright, competition and IT law, as well as other technology-related legal issues.
Malte's e-commerce law experience includes advising on product launches, roll outs and the implementation of standards, while his competition law advice has a particular focus on advertising campaigns and customer-related communications.
Malte's expertise also extends to data protection law (including the implementation of and compliance with the GDPR), and he specialises in health-related data protection issues (such as clinical trials and e-health).
