Johanna is a member of the Practice Area Technology, Media & Communications (TMT). She primarily advises on IT and media law. In this respect, Johanna advises on any legal issues relating to copyright, competition, e-commerce and other technology-related legal questions.
She advises, for example, on e-commerce law requirements with regard to product launches, rollouts and implementation of standards. With regard to unfair competition law, Johanna advises, amongst others, on commercial campaigns and customer-related communication. Johanna’s expertise includes advising on data protection law and she supported various projects of GDPR implementation and compliance. In this regard, she built up a strong focus on health data and health-related data protection issues such as clinical studies.
