Samira Sefraoui is an associate in the Real Estate Law department of the Paris office.

Samira Sefraoui practices in the field of real estate law, both in advisory and litigation matters, and more particularly in commercial leases. She is particularly involved in the implementation of strategies, the drafting of contracts, expert appraisals and the drafting of procedural documents.

In particular, she assists clients in rental litigation on all types of assets and rental relationships. She assists them with eviction indemnities and rent setting issues, conducts audits and analyses of rental situations, and drafts and negotiates leases.
