TW Viewpoint The recent surge of collaborations in retail continues, with Sainsbury's and WH Smith the latest retailers to announce that they are entering into a strategic partnership together. This follows news of a collaboration between Tesco and Carrefour (France's biggest retailer) and Sainsbury's recent merger with Asda. In what has historically been a competitive environment, it is interesting to see that some retailers are now choosing to work together to succeed in the current challenging market. |
