The menopause at work

    • - BST

59% of working women between the ages of 45 and 55 who are experiencing menopause symptoms say it has a negative impact on them at work*

On 18 May we're hosting a panel discussion to highlight the important topic of the menopause at work. Hosted by Employment Partner Helen Farr, we'll be joined by:

  • Catrin Anderson, Chief People Officer at Zoopla
  • Sandy Lacey-Aberdein, Head of Talent Acquisition at Zoopla
  • Katie Davenport, Employment associate at Taylor Wessing
  • Dr Rebecca Long, General Practitioner

Catrin and Sandy will share their first-hand experiences and discuss how Zoopla has implemented policies to support their people. Rebecca will provide her advice on menopause symptoms, how she's seen it affect women in the workplace, and how it can be treated. Katie will talk about the legal issues employers need to grapple with.

Following our panel discussion drinks and canapes will be served
