In Latin America, public-private partnerships (PPPs) are playing a crucial role in infrastructure development, stimulating economic growth and innovation. As governments seek to modernise their infrastructure without burdening their budgets, PPPs are becoming an increasingly popular solution for stimulating economic development. Each country has unique features in terms of legal traditions and tax regimes, reflecting the legal and economic diversity of the region.
Taylor Wessing and the Spanish law firm ECIJA, who together signed a strategic alliance in March 2023, are organising three webinars to allow professionals to discover the opportunities of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in Latin America, the best practices to optimise their PPP projects and maximise their investments.
Each webinar includes a presentation and analysis of the specific tax regimes for PPPs in five Latin American countries by experts from the ECIJA network, with one expert per country.
