This year's conference will cover how the metaverse impacts brands, reputation management, advertising issues for brands and a case law update. We'll be joined by guest speaker Luke Franks, TV presenter, content creator and host of ‘Welcome to the Metaverse’ podcast. Guests will benefit from Luke's experience advising major brands on their NFT and metaverse strategies. Her Honour Judge Melissa Clarke, Senior Circuit Judge presiding over significant intellectual property cases in the County Courts, IPEC and the High Court will share her valued expertise as a private practice solicitor and in-house lawyer on the protection of brands.
