It’s nearly time for the OpRE Festival
The operational real estate revolution is underway and Taylor Wessing is proud to support a new event focused on this seismic shift. We are able to offer discounted tickets to the Operational Real Estate Festival, which is being held on Tuesday 20 September in London. The all-plenary event, held adjacent to the Pullman London St Pancras hotel, will drill into the opportunities and challenges presented by this change.
Operational real estate is where the value of the property investment is directly related to the business carried on by the building occupier. It is in the forefront of the burgeoning experience economy. The many verticals taking part include hotels, student housing, senior living, co-living and co-working. Plus there are pan-industry issues such as ESG, planning and technology.
