In early November we hosted our 16th Annual Brands Forum where we covered the latest law and issues relating to brands.
The half day conference covered filing and enforcement practices following the SkyKick and Monopoly decisions, environmental advertising claims, post-Brexit dispute strategies and a case law update.
Our guest speakers were newly appointed Court of Appeal judge, Lord Justice Birss, and Andrew Grill, The Actionable Futurist. Lord Justice Birss will be giving a keynote address, with thoughts on the future of UK IP litigation. Andrew Grill will be speaking about how to future-proof your brand in a pandemic world. He is a former Global IBM Managing Partner, 5x TEDx Speaker and a trusted board level technology advisor.
The event was recorded and we have created bite sized videos of each topic for you to view.
