Kim is an Associate in the Commercial Technology and Data group and is based in the firm's Silicon Valley business office. She is a licensed solicitor of the Senior Courts in England and Wales, a licensed attorney in the state of California, and a qualified barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
Kim advises US based companies on their international expansion into the UK and European markets, and advises US companies on privacy issues, particularly arising under GDPR in the context of their global operations.
