Sanjvee advises ultra-high-net-worth and significantly wealthy individuals and families on their global estate, succession and tax planning affairs. She also has considerable experience advising professional trustees and family offices on a range of trust administration, UK tax and succession planning issues. Sanjvee's clients value her technical strength, pragmatic and commercial approach, and superb client care.
Sanjvee has a very diverse practice from a geographic perspective. Sanjvee's clients include UK resident clients who may or may not be UK domiciled and international families who often originate from the Middle East, Europe and Asia, and tend to have family members living in a number of countries. Many of Sanjvee's clients also have US connections. Given the international nature of Sanjvee's practice, she has substantial experience in dealing with complex cross-border tax and trust planning matters, and she routinely co-ordinates advice across several different jurisdictions to support the implementation of optimal cross-border solutions for her clients.
Aside from advising on efficient tax and estate planning matters, Sanjvee's expertise also extends to advising clients on wealth protection more generally, to help protect assets and mitigate the dilution of family wealth as a result of non-tax risks such as sibling rivalry, family disputes, divorce and creditors. This includes guiding clients on bespoke strategies and then helping them to create tailored asset holding structures to aid the passing of family wealth from one generation to the next, in a secure manner for years to come.
