Richard Marsh

Richard is a consultant in the Disputes & Investigations group and was formerly Senior Partner of the firm. He specialises in corporate disputes - in particular shareholder disputes - and international arbitration. His international disputes work has centred on the Middle East, the CIS and the offshore jurisdictions such as the Channel Islands. He co-heads the firm’s Middle East Group and has been widely involved in management and disputes in the region.
