Raman has over 30 years' experience advising on a broad spectrum of real estate matters.  He  advises on a range of real estate matters including property finance, landlord and tenant, development opportunities, distressed loans and corporate recovery situations.

Raman has particular expertise within the life sciences' sector, where he supports a diverse client base from SMEs and fledging companies, to large multinationals, as well as family offices. Clients value Raman's understanding of the sector and expert real estate knowledge, as well as his commercial awareness which underpins his approach.

He also co-heads our international PropTech Group focused on supporting clients through rapid and far reaching changes to their markets driven by technology.
