Oscar is an associate in the Employment, Pensions & Mobility group and advises on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious UK employment law.
He advises both individuals and businesses across a wide range of sectors and industries, regularly involving a cross-border element. His non-contentious experience includes drafting and negotiating employment and settlement agreements, guiding clients through internal disputes and investigations, and advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions. Oscar's contentious experience involves conducting and resolving employment disputes in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, including claims in relation to discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and complex claims brought by agency workers.
Oscar works closely with clients on sensitive HR issues, such as redundancies, equal pay disputes and regularly advises clients on their diversity and employee retention initiatives.
