Nadine Simpson-Ataha

Nadine is an associate in the Employment, Pensions and Mobility team. She advises on all aspects of English employment law within contentious, non-contentious or transactional work.

Nadine joined the legal profession in 2017, having taken the decision to change career after working as a broadcast journalist for four years. Her experience includes advising businesses and individuals operating in a variety of industries in relation to employment and employment related disputes and advising businesses in relation to employee hires and exits, engagement and termination of consultants and workers, redundancies, TUPE and equality and positive action.
