Mitchell is an associate in the employment, pensions and mobility group and advises on both contentious and non-contentious English employment law.
Mitchell's contentious experience includes the handling of Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish, including claims for discrimination, unfair dismissal and unlawful deductions from wages. Mitchell also advises on day-to-day HR issues, such as disciplinary and grievance procedures.
