Katie is an associate in the Employment , Pensions & Mobility group and advises on all aspects of UK employment law. She advises clients across a variety of industries and sectors . Her non-contentious experience includes drafting and negotiating employment and settlement agreements, TUPE, and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial deals. Katie's contentious experience involves conducting and resolving employment disputes in the Employment Tribunal and High Court, including advising on a successful interim injunction to prevent the breach of post-termination restrictions by a senior ex-employee.
