Ingy Darwish

Ingy is a senior associate in the Corporate and Commercial Group of our Dubai Office with significant experience in M&A, venture capital and ECM work. She acts for clients on a wide range of transactions in the Middle East with focus on Egypt and the UAE.

Ingy has assisted various local and international clients on transaction documents, deal negotiations and due diligence in the context of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital deals and public listings.
