Nick is a member of the Dispute Resolutions group and his experience as a litigator spans over a decade. His experience covers both the nationals courts of the Netherlands and (inter)national arbitration institutes. Nick’s experience covers several litigation and dispute resolution areas including commercial contracts, tort law disputes, product liability, financial disputes, professional liability, insolvency related disputes and corporate liability.
