Thijs is an associate of the Corporate / M&A & capital markets practice group who advises clients on all matters related to Dutch corporate law and M&A and private equity transactions. 

Thijs primarily focuses on national and international mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, conducting and coordination of due diligence investigations, shareholder agreements and private equity transactions.
