Silke Fest

Silke is an associate in our Intellectual Property team and practices in all areas of intellectual property law.

Silke has experience in both national and cross-border litigation. She advises clients in all areas of intellectual property law, with a specific focus on trademark, design, copyright and patent law. Silke also handles opposition and nullification proceedings before the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BBIE) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
