Team
Maja is a member of the Corporate and M&A practice group. She is admitted to the Bar of Amsterdam and has 20 years of working experience. Maja has a special focus on international corporate transactions, such as cross-border corporate (re)structures (mergers and migrations), joint ventures and acquisitions. In addition, she frequently advises and assists companies regarding entry and expansion on the Dutch or Luxembourg market, for having been working and living in Luxembourg for a number of years. Her clients vary widely; from large sized corporates to SMEs and from PE/VC funds to start-ups.
Maja advises not only on strict corporate law topics but also on strategic matters from a coordinating, connecting and board-counseling point of view, thereby closely working together with other experts, such as corporate finance advisors, investors, tax lawyers and accountants – including on ESG related issues.
