Jeffrey Wee

Jeffrey is a Partner at our Hong Kong office. He focuses on corporate finance and capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, general corporate as well as regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey practiced at two other international law firms. He also worked at two prominent investment and capital management companies in the early stages of his career. With a dual degree in law and accounting, Jeffrey was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
