Maïté Rowies

Maïté is a member of our Employment, Pensions & Mobility team in Brussels. She specialises in Belgian individual and collective labour law. Maïté advises Belgian and international clients on all HR-related matters, including hiring, suspension and termination processes; engaging with representative bodies and negotiating with the trade unions; drafting contractual documents, internal policies, and collective bargaining agreements; and settlement agreement negotiations. She also assists her clients in legal procedures and regularly pleads before the labour courts.
