Do you know the difference between Gen Z, Gen Y, Millennials and Gen Alpha?

The article below talks about "millennials" who are health conscious, tech focused and concerned about the environment - but why do we continually use the term "millennial"? Industry and the media forget this captures people who are married with children and a mortgage. Millennials span the floppy disk, Hollister, World Cup 2002 and Destiny's Child. It's about time we abandoned this lazy categorisation of "young adults" as one single homogeneous group. (For those in need of a Cheat Sheet, broadly speaking Gen X covers people born up to 1985, Gen Y (the real "millennials") were born between 1985 and 1995 and Gen Z (who have only ever known the internet and Justin Bieber) were born between 1995 and 2005. Millennials (Gen Y) are up to 34 years old and Gen Z up to 24 years old......that's quite a spread. Gen Alpha (or the “children of millennials”) is the next generation and born entirely within the 21st century).
