Veronica Schuster joined the firm's Frankfurt office in January 2007. After having worked in both the Practice Area Corporate and the Practice Area Banking and Finance, she decided in 2008 to concentrate exclusively on Banking and Finance.
Veronica advises German and international banking institutions and companies in acquisition finance and corporate finance as well as general questions of banking law. Another area of emphasis is real estate finance.
Veronica studied German and French law (Diplôme d’Etudes Universitaires Générales mention droit) at the University of Saarbrücken and Scots Law at the University of Edinburgh. During her legal traineeship she worked in law firms in Mainz, Frankfurt and Paris.
Veronica is fluent in German, English and French.
