Oliver advises and represents clients on all issues relating to individual and collective labour laws. The Works Council Constitution Act, especially the terms of work agreements and the assistance in structural changes by legal advice are main areas of his activity. He is specialised in company pension schemes and supports companies in the introduction or restructuring of pension schemes. He also advises members of boards of directors and managing directors on employer's pension commitments. Oliver has gained wide experience in the setting up of profit-oriented remuneration systems and in remuneration conversion.

Oliver passed his two legal state exams in Munich in 1998 and 2000. He is specialised in labour law and earned his doctorate with a thesis relating to profit-oriented remuneration systems.

Oliver is author of several labour law publications and regularly speaks at conferences on labour law. He is also a member of the labour law working group of the German Lawyers' Association and of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
