Henry Lauf specialises in intellectual property with a main focus on trademarks and registered designs. His clients include national and international manufacturers of brand products and companies of the pharmaceutical, food and sports industries.
Henry Lauf was born in Munich in 1972. He studied law at the Johann-WolfgangGoetheUniversity and passed his first legal state examination in 2002. As a student and, after the state exam, as a trainee lawyer, he worked for a Munich-based international firm of patent attorneys, where he concentrated on trademarks and domains, designs and the law on healthcare advertising. Henry joined the Munich office of Taylor Wessing in 2003 and passed the second state examination in Munich in 2005. His main practice areas include trademarks and domains as well as trademark and product piracy.
Henry Lauf regularly publishes articles, especially on trademarks and domains. He is fluent in English and Hungarian and has French language skills.
